REFUND POLICY

~ All sales are FINAL.

~ If there is an issue please contact me as soon as your order comes in and we can come to a resolution. I am happy to work with you.

~ Pre-order policies will be updated once started.

DIBS DROPS/ PRE-ORDER/ P4P POLICY

~ All sales are FINAL.

~ Any dibs drops/pre-orders/P4P's will have an estimated time of arrival of about 3-6 months. If there are any issues that might come up due to delays, I will update on my store's instagram, or via email if required.

~Any design that does not meet required funding will be refunded when alotted time of pre order sale ends.

~ P4P pins grading : Due to the nature of P4P pins, I will still check each pin for major flaws. I do not profit from these pins. There could be times you could receive a flawed pin. If there is an issue please reach out.

~ Collab Pins : will be considered a pre-order or P4P pin UNLESS stated they are an in-hand drop. If it is one of the designs I am working on and there is an issue, reach out to me. Please do not reach out to the other maker and give them a hard time. Yes we are working on this together but if purchased from my store I am responsible for your order.

~ Drop Buddies : I am not responsible for the other person. It is the person who requested the drop buddy to pay you for the pin order. In EXTREME circumstances, I may do a refund. Please note, when making a purchase you are agreeing to all my policies.

~ Address changes : Once the pins are in, I will send out Either an email or post a story on my instagram page for people requesting address changes. Once pins have been shipped, I am not responsible for late requests. I will give a couple of days for requests after I have looked the pins over for major flaws.

PIN RESALE/TRADING

~ Pins must be IN-HAND to sell or trade. Don't be a jerk and sell or trade before in hand.

~ Do not resell for more then the price of the pin plus shipping. It is not allowed or tolerated. No ands, ifs, or buts.

~ No auctions of my pins. Not under any circumstances.

~ Before ANY resales/trades, you MUST own the pin for a min of 30 days.

ANY RULE BREAKS WILL RESULT YOU IN BEING BLOCKED AND BANNED FROM ANY FUTURE ORDERS IN MY SHOP. DON'T BE A JERK!

PIN GRADING

~ I am new at making pins. As of right now until I gain more experience all pins will be a mixed grade. If I sell any flawed pins I will state they are flawed.

~ Flawed - noticeable scratches to surfaces, wobbley posts. I will not ship unless picked at time of purchase.

~ Pin that are mixed grades means some could have small flaws that are only seen when light hits the pin at a certain angle or close up views. Could include small little dots / not fully filled in pins.

~ Before any pins are shipped out, they will be checked for flaws or issues.

~ If you receive a heavily flawed pin that you did not request as flawed when ordering, please contact me.

SHIPPING

~ All shipments will be tracked. Once label is made, an email will be sent out with tracking number.

~ I am not responsible for any packages that are lost in transit. Once they are dropped off, it is out of my hands.

~ If you receive an email without tracking but your item(s) have been shipped, please reach out to me and I will look into it to see what happened.
